Compounding
Our manufacturing area is supported by eight compounding vessels capable of producing batches from 250-4,000 kgs.
Topical dosage form production capabilities include: creams, ointments, lotions, gels, solutions, and suspensions.
Pilot batch production is available in ranges between 30 and 250 kgs.
Packaging
IGI offers high-speed filling and packaging of bottles, jars, pumps, and tubes.
Plastic, metal, and laminate tubes from 3g. to 180g.
Glass and plastic jars from 7.5g to 480g. (with induction seals and various closures)
Plastic and glass bottles from 10mL. To 4 L. (with a broad range of closures, sprayers, airless pumps, etc.)
Semi-automatic cartoning.
Note: Tamper-evident features available on all containers.
